Chocolate plumcake with pears - Čokoladna torta sa kruškama

Here I am after a while, with one great choco-recipe...chocolate and pears plum cake, ideal sweet for the upcoming holidays :)

This is the first time I combine pears with chocolate. I must admit that my favorite combo is with orange, because of its freshness and sour taste, but this time I wanted a perfect mix of smoothness and sweetness.

Moreover, what I love about this dessert is the visual wow-factor once it's cut. I'm certain that your guests will be amazed by this pear-orama :)

Ingredients:

- 200 g margarine or butter

-2 eggs

-250 g flour

-150 g sugar

-50 g of honey

-1 sachet of vanilla sugar

-25 g cocoa

-1 packet of baking powder

-150 gr black čokodade

-3 large pears

Preparation:

Whisk the butter or margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar and honey, until it becomes foamy.

Then add the eggs and continue whisking. Melt the chocolate and when it's a bit cooled, add it to the margarine and egg mixture.

In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and cocoa. At the end add the dry ingredients to the margarine mixture. Stir all nice with a wire or a spatula.

Cut the lower part of pears (you can carve also the middle, although it is not necessary).

Pour a half of the cake mixture into the mold for bread, place the pears and pour the rest of the mixture over them.

Preheat the oven to 180C and bake until the cake is done. You can check with a toothpick if it's completed. In the end, leave the cake to cool a bit before cutting.

Evo me posle nekog vremena, sa izvrsnim čokoladnim dezertom... torta sa čokoladom i kruškama, koja je idealno rešenje za predstojeće praznike :) Ovo je prvi put da kombinujem kruške i čokoladu, i moram vam reći da sam oduševljena rezultatom!! Do sada sam obično pravila sa narandžama, jer daju izvesnu svežinu naspram toliko čokoladnog ukusa. Ovog puta sam malo istraživala kako se slatkoća kruške spaja sa patišpanjem od tamne čokolade. Po svemu sudeći jako dobro ;)

Ono što mi se posebno sviđa kod ove torte je vizuelni WOW faktor nakon preseka. :)

Sigurna sam da će i vaši gosti biti oduševljeni čim je probaju!

Potrebni sastojci:

- 200 g margarina ili putera -2 jaja -250g brašna -150g šećera -50g meda -1 kesica vanilin šećera -25g kakaa -1 prašak za pecivo -150g crne čokodade -3 velike kruške

Priprema:

Umutiti puter ili margarin sa šećerom, vanilin šećerom i medom, zatim dodati jaja i nastaviti sa mućenjem. Istopiti čokoladu, pa kad se malo prohladi dodati je u sud sa margarinom i jajima. U drugoj posudi pomešati brašno, prašak za pecivo i kakao. Na kraju dodati suve sastojke u smešu sa margarinom.

Sve lepo sjediniti sa žicom ili spatulom. Isecite donji deo kruške (možete takođe izvaditi i sredinu, ali nije neophodno). Sipati polovinu smeše za tortu u kalup za hleb, staviti kruške, pa sipati ostatak smeše preko voća. Zagrejte rernu na 180C i peći oko 50ak minuta (zavisi od jačine rerne).

Možete proveriti čačkalicom da li je torta pečena. Na kraju, ostavite da se malo prohladi pre sečenja.

Posuti šećerom u prahu po želji. Prijatno!
