Oreo tart with a fruit topping - Oreo tart sa prelivom od voća

Today I want to share with you a long-awaited recipe for my Oreo tart or how I like to call it: the RETRO-TART :)

I wanted to create a surface similar to the retro prints of the 50s, which were used to make classy dresses full of pois. Audrey could have enjoyed it, don't you think? ;)

Since I'm living in Italy and I can not be present on every important day for my family, at least I could dedicate them a nice dessert made by their taste. That's something, isn't it? These gestures are easy to do, it takes just a good will and lots of love... It is always worth the effort!! Each time you see them smiling, your heart is full of joy. :)

So I've made this lovely tart as a part of the surprise prepared for my sister's birthday and the mission was successful. :)

I hope that for her next birthday I will be able to hug her and share a piece of cake together, but until then this will always be the tart made just for my little sister Milja. <3

If you have someone dear in your life who means a world to you, make this tart to show them how special they are for you.

For Oreo tart is necessary:

- 300g of Oreo biscuits

- 125g of margarine

- 300ml of whipping cream

- as much as necessary blueberries to cover the tart

- a couple of Oreo biscuits for the top

For the fruit topping:

I've used approximately 200g of frozen berries, with a bit of sugar and water

Preparation of the Tart:

Blend Oreo biscuits or crush them using a rolling pin. Melt the margarine and mix it with the Oreo crumbs you've made. Place the mixture into a rectangular tart pan (mine has a removable bottom for easy removal) and press it evenly with your hands. Put it in the fridge for 10-15 min.

In the meantime whip the cream until it's nice and silky. Divide the Oreo biscuits from the creamy part. Melt the creamy part of Oreo's in a small pan, and after it has cooled a bit pour it in the bowl with whipped cream. At this time, you can add also gelatin to be sure it will set well. Mix all slowly with a spatula until the mix is uniform.

Take the crust out of the fridge, put over it the filling you've made, making it nice and even on the edges. Place blueberries on top.

Decorate with the pieces of Oreo's adding also small puffs of cream.

Put the tart back in fridge for about two hours.

Preparation of the Fruit topping: Place the berries in a small pan, add sugar, a bit of water and let it cook for a while. When it starts to thicken, it's done. Let it cool down for a few minutes. Now you can pour the topping over the tart and enjoy it.

Danas sam odlučila da podelim sa vama vec dugo očekivani recept, Oreo tart sa prelivom od šumskog voća ili kako ja volim da ga zovem Retro tart. :)

S obzirom da već duže godina živim u Italiji i da ne mogu fizički ispratiti svaki važan datum meni najdražih osoba, barem uvek mogu da im posvetim neku lepu tortu ili dezert po njihovom ukusu i tako ih obradujem na taj važan dan. I to je nešto, zar ne? Za ovakve gestove ne treba puno, samo malo dobre volje i puno ljubavi... i vredi svakog napora, jer kad vidite osmehe na licu dragih ljudi kako da vam srce ne bude puno? :)

Ovaj divni tart bio je deo iznenađenja priređenog mojoj dragoj sestrici za njen rođendan. Šta više mogu da vam kažem osim da je misija uspešno obavljena. :)

Iskreno se nadam da ću za njen sledeći rođendan moći da je zagrlim uživo i da zajedno podelimo parče torte, a do tada će ovaj tart uvek biti napravljen samo za moju sestricu Milju. <3

Za tart je potrebno:

- 300g Oreo keksa

- 125g margarina

- 300ml slatke pavlake

- borovnica po potrebi, da pokriju ceo tart

- par Oreo keksa za dekoraciju

Za fil od voća:

Ja sam koristila od prilike 200g zamrznutog šumskog voća, par kašika šećera i malo vode

Priprema tarta: Sameljite Oreo keks u blenderu, ili ga izmrvite koristeći oklagiju.

Otopiti margarin i pomešati ga sa Oreo mrvicama koje ste napravili. Dobijenu smešu rasporediti u pravougaoni kalup ( ja sam koristila kalup koji ima dno koje se lako uklanja) i pritisnite ravnomerno rukama. Stavite ga u frižider na 10-15 minuta. U međuvremenu umutite slatku pavllaku . Odvojiti tamni od belog dela Oreo keksa.

Otopiti kremasti deo Oreo keksa u šerpici, a nakon što se prohladi sipati je u posudu sa umućenom slatkom pavlakom. U ovom trenutku možete dodati želatin ako želite. Pomešajte sve lagano varjačom, dok se ne dobije ujednačen fil. Uzmite kalup iz frižidera, pa sipajte preko baze fil koji ste upravo napravili.

Poređajte borovnice, ili bilo koje voće po vašoj želji. Ukrasite komadićima Oreo keksa i slatkom pavlakom po želji. Stavite kolač natrag u frižider oko jedan sat ili dva.

Priprema za voćni fil: Stavite voće u šerpicu, dodajte malo vode i malo šećera, pa zagrejte sve na srednjoj vatri. Kuvajte par minuta, dok ne počne da se steže. Ostavite da se malo prohladi, pa onda možete konačno preliti tart i uživati u laganoj poslastici.
